The farm house was built in the 1880's and sits on 40 acres. 3 red barns house our chickens, goats and country shop. The gardens will be exploding soon and our weekly trip to the Farmer's Market will begin. This blog is dedicated to "News on the farm" so stay tuned!
This 2 story Log House was built in Wabash Indiana around 1840. We moved the Logs here last week and will begin re-assembly in the Spring. The windows will be replaced with old glass and the roof will be covered with cedar shingles. I plan on adding a front porch and a back room addition with a screened in porch. The Log house will be built between the stone house and the barns just down the hill from the house nestled into the pine trees. Once completed, I'll move my studio into the first floor and guest room upstairs!
